To affiliate your organisation to the campaign print out this form and return it to our treasurer by mail. Any questions about the form can be sent to info@zerocovid.uk.
The recommended affiliation fee is £100 per year for national unions, £25 for other organisations. We recognise that organisations vary in size and resources so a higher or lower fee may be appropriate. If you need to pay less please contact treasurer@zerocovid.uk to agree an appropriate fee.
